Many Outer Brisbane suburbs have improved their average returns for investment property owners over the past year, with figures revealing particularly strong growth in the Logan Council area.
Supplied by CoreLogic, the most recent figures show positive returns for several suburbs in Logan, including Eagleby with a median gross rental yield for houses of 6 per cent.
The trend is consistent across the Outer Brisbane suburbs and is benefitted by low median house prices.
